The Shelly Wave Motion EU LR is a compact Z‑Wave motion sensor with a built-in light sensor. It’s ideal for use in residential and light commercial environments, as it can detect both motion and lighting conditions – enabling smart automations. The Z-Wave Long Range network topology allows direct communication with the hub, ensuring reliable performance even from greater distances.

It is generally low-power, enabling ultra-long battery life of up to three years. With the SmartStart function, it can be added automatically and effortlessly to your system. It also supports the Z‑Wave S2 security protocol (AES128 encryption), ensuring a high level of network protection.
