The Shelly Wave Door/Window EU LR is a Z-Wave® S800-based contact sensor that detects open/closed status of doors and windows, as well as tilt angle (for tilt-turn windows) and ambient light levels. It supports both traditional Z-Wave mesh networks and Z-Wave Long Range mode (selectable during pairing), allowing optimized range and energy usage depending on your installation environment.

The sensor runs on a CR2032 coin battery with an estimated life of up to 2 years. It also supports OTA firmware updates, SmartStart pairing, and multiple Z-Wave security levels including S2. With its compact form factor and three available color options (white, black, brown), it offers discreet and flexible installation.
